Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NADK RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NADK data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NADK RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NADK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where NADK RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
