Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-835P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-835P expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-835P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-835P RNA expression shows 4,991 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THYM, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-835P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
