NACA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, PTGES3, and PYM1. Each is linked with NACA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA-to-partner and partner-to-NACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
