NAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6796, MESTP2, and MIR649. Each is linked with NAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6796 grouped by NAB1-low versus NAB1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
