NAALADL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALADL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,981 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALADL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCI, MIGA1, and MRTFB. Each is linked with NAALADL2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALADL2-to-partner and partner-to-NAALADL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAALADL2 versus PRKCI in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALADL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALADL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
