NAALAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAALAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAALAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, RN7SL248P, and ATP5MGP6. Each is linked with NAALAD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAALAD2-to-partner and partner-to-NAALAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by NAALAD2-low versus NAALAD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAALAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAALAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
