NAA30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,113 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA35, YLPM1, and TRMT5. Each is linked with NAA30 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA30-to-partner and partner-to-NAA30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA30 versus NAA35 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA30→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
