Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,738 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS31, KBTBD7, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with NAA16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA16-to-partner and partner-to-NAA16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA16 versus MRPS31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
