NAA16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01802, SNU13, and RTCB. Each is linked with NAA16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA16-to-partner and partner-to-NAA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01802 grouped by NAA16-low versus NAA16-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
