NAA16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,375 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3, SRSF10, and MTRF1. Each is linked with NAA16 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA16-to-partner and partner-to-NAA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA16 versus RFC3 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
