Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, VAX1, and GP9. Each is linked with NAA16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA16-to-partner and partner-to-NAA16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by NAA16-low versus NAA16-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
