Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZT2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MZT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP4, ARF4P3, and BRWD1P1. Each is linked with MZT2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZT2B-to-partner and partner-to-MZT2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP4 grouped by MZT2B-low versus MZT2B-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
