MZB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, RN7SL310P, and LINC02488. Each is linked with MZB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZB1-to-partner and partner-to-MZB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by MZB1-low versus MZB1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
