MYSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02277, RPL7AP69, and HIRA. Each is linked with MYSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYSM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02277 grouped by MYSM1-low versus MYSM1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
