MYSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR42, S100A7A, and IFNL3. Each is linked with MYSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYSM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR42 grouped by MYSM1-low versus MYSM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
