Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,193 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK15, SPRY1, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with MYPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYPN-to-partner and partner-to-MYPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYPN versus CDK15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
