Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,586 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PELI2, PTH2R, and IGSF1. Each is linked with MYOT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOT-to-partner and partner-to-MYOT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOT versus PELI2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
