MYOC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH8, KCNIP1, and FSD2. Each is linked with MYOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOC-to-partner and partner-to-MYOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH8 grouped by MYOC-low versus MYOC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
