MYO7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,789 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR17, MICAL1, and LIMS2. Each is linked with MYO7B in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO7B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO7B versus GPR17 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
