Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYO16-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MYO16-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MYO16-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYO16-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LIHC show a favorable association.

UCS, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where MYO16-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
