MYLK-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TGFB1I1, C1orf198, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with MYLK-AS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK-AS2 versus TGFB1I1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
