MYLIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,637 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, SMC3, and RPL7. Each is linked with MYLIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLIP versus RAD21 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
