Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL12B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL12B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YES1, NAPG, and PPP4R1. Each is linked with MYL12B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL12B-to-partner and partner-to-MYL12B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL12B versus YES1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL12B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL12B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
