The most reproducible MYH7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with MYH7B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH7B-to-partner and partner-to-MYH7B results are reported.
