Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,382 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, CCL24, and PELI2. Each is linked with MYH13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH13-to-partner and partner-to-MYH13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH13 versus CTSG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
