Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,172 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3, MAL2-AS1, and LRRC75A. Each is linked with MYH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH1-to-partner and partner-to-MYH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH1 versus BTG3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
