MYBPC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,033 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPIB, CCL2, and C1R. Each is linked with MYBPC2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPC2-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYBPC2 versus SPIB in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
