MYB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,182 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRBP, RBBP7, and FSCN1_S39. Each is linked with MYB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYB-to-partner and partner-to-MYB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYB versus STRBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
