MYB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5BD1P, ERHP2, and RNU6ATAC30P. Each is linked with MYB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYB-to-partner and partner-to-MYB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5BD1P grouped by MYB-low versus MYB-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
