MYADML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYADML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYADML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LNCNEF, MIR4644, and RNU2-19P. Each is linked with MYADML2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYADML2-to-partner and partner-to-MYADML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYADML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYADML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
