MXRA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, ITGA5, and LOX. Each is linked with MXRA5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA5-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXRA5 versus ISLR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
