Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MXRA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATL1, GNPNAT1, and SGO1. Each is linked with MXRA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA5-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PATL1 grouped by MXRA5-low versus MXRA5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
