Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MXRA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,616 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MXRA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUEDC2, FEM1A, and TNFAIP1. Each is linked with MXRA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA5-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC2 grouped by MXRA5-low versus MXRA5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
