Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MVP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,365 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCARB1, DCTN3, and TM7SF3. Each is linked with MVP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVP-to-partner and partner-to-MVP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MVP versus SCARB1 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
