MVD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MVD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MVD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-15, UGT1A13P, and RNU6-886P. Each is linked with MVD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVD-to-partner and partner-to-MVD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-15 grouped by MVD-low versus MVD-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
