MUPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,209 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB4A, LRWD1_S243, and RPS3A. Each is linked with MUPP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUPP-to-partner and partner-to-MUPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUPP versus RAB4A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
