Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,806 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTSL3, SHE, and TRAIP. Each is linked with MUC15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC15-to-partner and partner-to-MUC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTSL3 grouped by MUC15-low versus MUC15-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
