MTX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,792 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCA, S100A12, and AZU1. Each is linked with MTX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX3-to-partner and partner-to-MTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX3 versus TBCA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
