MTX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,501 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM12B, ZBTB37, and SREK1. Each is linked with MTX3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX3-to-partner and partner-to-MTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX3 versus RBM12B in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
