MTUS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,098 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTUS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTUS1_S1268, GSR, and MTUS1_S541. Each is linked with MTUS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTUS1 versus MTUS1_S1268 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
