Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548V, SH2D4A, and RNA5SP256. Each is linked with MTUS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTUS1 versus MIR548V in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
