Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,379 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTUS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Aerobic electron transport chain, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with MTUS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by MTUS1-low versus MTUS1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
