Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTUS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTL7A, OR12D2, and SMIM28. Each is linked with MTUS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTL7A grouped by MTUS1-low versus MTUS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
