Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTTP mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cytarabine, CDK9_5038, and AZD5991. Each is linked with MTTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTTP-to-partner and partner-to-MTTP results are reported.
