Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTRNR2L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRNR2L5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL9, FLRT1, and BMP1. Each is linked with MTRNR2L5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRNR2L5-to-partner and partner-to-MTRNR2L5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUL9 grouped by MTRNR2L5-low versus MTRNR2L5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRNR2L5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRNR2L5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
