MTPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,540 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, UBE3C, and RHEB. Each is linked with MTPN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPN-to-partner and partner-to-MTPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTPN versus TNPO3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
