Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,883 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are STMP1, SLC37A3, and LUC7L2. Each is linked with MTPN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPN-to-partner and partner-to-MTPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTPN versus STMP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
