MTPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, RNA5SP55, and TRDV3. Each is linked with MTPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPN-to-partner and partner-to-MTPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by MTPN-low versus MTPN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
