Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,831 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTPN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum-plasma membrane tethering, Regulation of telomeric D-loop disassembly, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with MTPN in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPN-to-partner and partner-to-MTPN results are reported.
