MTND6P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND6P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,888 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND6P14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPS1P1, ISCUP1, and RPL12P22. Each is linked with MTND6P14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND6P14-to-partner and partner-to-MTND6P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P14 versus PRPS1P1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND6P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND6P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
